Vendor Info

  • All vendor space is 10×10 area
  • $500
  • No electric IF you must have power you will need to bring a Small Quiet Generator !
  • Vendor is responsable for ALL their Tables/chairs.
  • Set up is on Friday August 16th at Henderson Auctions 10am -1pm
  • You will Get 6 free Vendor Passes into the Event!
  • We will have security the night of August 16th so all you may want to do is bring a Huge
  • Tarp to cover your stuff!!!!
  • Your Booth will be under a Huge Giant Tent (Weather Proof)
  • Event is Saturday Aug 17th. Gates open at 9am -7pm
  • Traffic will be bad! so we ask that you are in your Booth getting things ready by 8am (no later)!
  • ALL Vendor Fee’s are Due by August 1st.
  • Checks are to be made payable to: HAL & AL LLC
